LIST OF BENEFITS

The Zone Diet follows a specific ratio of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.
It helps you control the amount of Insulin as well as reduces diet-induced inflammation in your body which is one of the reasons people gain weight, become sick and age faster according to Dr Barry Sears, creator of The Zone Diet. When diet-induced inflammation is reduced, you will slow down aging, reduce your risk of chronic disease and improve your athletic performance.
The Zone Diet, when paired with a well-planned fitness regime, will increase your energy, sense of well-being and acumen whilst simultaneously helping you pack on muscle and lose excess fat at the fastest rate possible. The Zone Diet is best utilised by individuals who regularly perform strenuous exercise as well as endurance athletes.
