  • How do I sign up? What if I don’t know which plan to sign-up for?

    If you know what meal plan you would like to sign-up for, you can sign-up via our website. If you don’t know which meal plan is best for your needs, you can go through a simple assessment via our website and we will get back to you within 2 working days with a recommendation.


  • What shall I do if I have some special requirement?e.g.I need gluten free or paleo option?

    No problem. You just need to tell us about your special needs, and the rest of us. Of course, if you need to customize the system we can also meet a gluten free.

  • What is the minimum duration I can sign up for?

    The minimum duration you can sign-up for a TRIBE Nutrition meal plan is a 1 day trial. In order to really start to feel the benefits of a healthy diet, we don’t recommend anything shorter than 2 weeks though.

  • Will TRIBE Nutrition deliver 7 days a week?

    We only deliver 5 days a week (weekdays) or 6 days a week (Sundays to Fridays) depending on your meal plan; this allows you to have at least a day off (Saturday) to eat whatever you want and we do hope that you’ll eat something healthy. Make this a “(Great) Feat Day” not a “Cheat Day”!

  • How else can I contact TN if I need to postpone my delivery, apart from calling (e.g. I’m overseas)?

  • Can I get fapiao?

    Yes, enter your personal name or company name in the online form when you order.

  • What if I don’t want to order all 3 meals a day from TRIBE Nutrition?

    That’s not a problem at all. You can either order an all-day meal option (comprising 3 meals and 3 snacks), single, once-a-day meals or combinations of Breakfast + Lunch, Breakfast + Dinner or Lunch + Dinner.


  • Will my meals be delivered frozen or uncooked?

    Never! We will pre-cook your meals for you and deliver them to you freshly cooked in insulated bags. You can either eat them as they are or heat them up before you eat them. It’s advisable for you to place your food in the fridge first if you’re not going to eat it immediately.

  • When will the meals be delivered to me?

    The all-day meal option will be delivered to you at one go, first thing in the morning. The food is, of course, held together in such a way that they will keep fresh for the rest of the day. For other meal plan order permutations, it will depend on the meals you order but we will always consolidate your orders into one delivery.

  • Can I postpone my meals in advance?

    Yes, simply give us 2 working days’ advance warning via our hotline +86 10 5900 3088 +86 177-0174-6312 and we will cancel your delivery and reschedule your delivery accordingly.

  • My weekday delivery venue is within the free delivery zone but my preferred weekend delivery is outside (e.g. Tongzhou). Will we still deliver to somewhere that is out of this the delivery zone?

    Yes, any deliveries outside of this free delivery zone will incur an additional charge (dependent on distance beyond our delivery zone; please refer to this delivery zone map here).
